In the cold to the far north live Waddlings, a Penguin type race who are just as good as their southern counterparts Owklin. Despite living in Frigid Wastes or the Contracting Isles, these little, but stout, birdkin race are very resourceful with a rich history, although that is quickly being lost to the elements.
Comet Town has a vast library carved into the ice of the Great Cube Comet. The library's contents has been built over thousands of years and is communly curated by Librarians belonging to the different inhabitants of Shardfall. There is a treasure trove of knowledge which is available to the students of the Mage society. This Waddling has been indulging in some of the Arcane it seems.
