Depths of Duoarastat aims to be a dungeon crawl focused campaign that pits the party against difficult encounters, puzzles and labyrinths as well as the difficult survival conditions pitted against them in the constantly frozen wastes of Oldavor.
 
Story intro:
Several ranger expeditions from The Watchers have gone missing through the winter. The organisation which is dedicated to manning Oldavor’s border and ensuring the safety of men has not seen such consistent losses for hundreds of years. The party has been tasked to travel to Pahadi to investigate the happenings, seeking wisdom from the Chief and Shaman there with the aid of a traveling Goliath known as Touches-the-Sky to be used as a translator.

En route to the village the party was attacked by a mix of Shapeshifter monstrosities and an enormous Nix Centipede. The party is rescued by Goliath Hunters who saw the fight and were able to save a few on the verge of death, driving back the Shapeshifters.
