In the cold to the far north live Waddlings, a Penguin type race who are just as good as their southern counterparts Owklin. Despite living in Frigid Wastes or the Contracting Isles, these little, but stout, birdkin race are very resourceful with a rich history, although that is quickly being lost to the elements.
Waddling Shamans fall into several schools. Some favor weapons and use them to strike whilst being infused with energy, others choose to use totems and draw elemental power into them and redirect that to friends or foes.
